We are searching for a long term person/ company to take over our email customer care for Danish and Swedish customers. The answers must be in Danish resp Swedish. We are preferably looking for native speakers.
To assure a steadily customer service during the day time in these two countries (UTC+1) from Monday to Friday, we would also apreciate give this project to a specialized company in customer management.
The workload is about 20min/ country a day and often standardisable with the same questions coming up. Furthermore emails need to be answers within 24h, preferably faster.
Special knowlegde e.g. in technical fields is not required, since the emails most often are of simple origin.
