cost controlling system

Requested a cost, revenue, cash controlling and performance monitoring system for a furniture reseller. Not to be developed in complex technologies (like SAP, Oracle) but using simple and open tools (MsAccess, Excel, mysql etc..). Invited to bid only those have already developed something like that and can show give some example of the work done. More details on request.
