We're looking for somebody to write a report dealing with email delivery problems and how to overcome them.

Over the past few years, email deliverability has become an increasing problem, with many people getting hundreds or even thousands of spams each and every day.

ISPs are arbitrarily filtering emails, and often we find that our emails are not being received and opened by our customers.

We want an ebook that basically will help a reader to insure that their emails are being delivered and opened. It should be WELL RESEARCHED with good, useful and valuable information. It should be from 75 to 100 pages in size, normal 12 point type double spaced.

It should be written to a person with an 8th grade education... (in other words simple, plain conversational style English). Any technical terms should be explained...

Good spelling and English grammar is a MUST. Bidders must provide samples of previous work.

Why emails don't get delivered.

Where do they get lost?

When they get delivered, why don't they get opened?

How to become a Trusted Sender: Whitelisting, etc.

How to understand email filters.

How to analyze your content.

How to analyze your bouncebacks.

How to monitor your "reply to:" address.

How to use 3rd party services to mail.

How to know whether you are on a blacklist.

How to get off a blacklist.

How to handle "challenge-response" systems.

The importance of making sure that your subscriber knows who

you are.

The upsides and downsides of "double opt-in"

How to monitor your "open rate"

How to know if your ISP is blocking emails

How to work with your ISP if they ARE blocking your emails

We're open to other subjects the author might suggest along these same themes.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
