Waypoint Contractin, Inc. is a woman owned, small business certified general contracting company located in South Florida., which specializes in public government projects and private commercial construction.
Please Find Attached the Scope of work for this specific project plus a brief description done by us, which we want to develop.
The Farmers market project consisted of hurricane damage roof repairs to the Florida City Farmers Market. The scope included:
• Approximately 5000sf of re-roof throughout multiple buildings
• Approximately 600lf of gutter and down spout replacement throughout multiple buildings
• Over 200lf of roof flashing replacement
• Approximately 120lf of fascia trim and support framing replacement
• Chain-link fence repair/replacement
All this work took place in occupied spaces and required us to coordinate the work closely with the owner/tenants in order to not disrupt the facilities operations.
