Please write me a detailed reply saying what type of code you will use, how long it will take, approximate cost, what other ways you could improve on the site (use of Adobe Flex or Ajax) ?? The site users should be able to come to the site and register. Please look how their registration process goes and their payment system. Other people should be able to type in their zip codes and dates of their moves and then be given a list of service providers in those zip codes with prices from each provider. The user should be able to select the provider, pay an upfront fee, then the user will be given a code once they pay. Then the provider of the service will be notified of the user, and after the service has been completed by the provider, the user gives the code to the provider and then the provider puts it in his account to receive the payment from the website for the service done (basically like an escrow account). The user must be able to rate and give feedback on the provider and the provider should be able to accept or decline the feedback. Please take note of the map of each providers service area as well. To wrap up, I want to have admin access to this website where I can accept the providers and users of the site, and have everything organized in a database or online.
