Request for Civil drawings, requirements and calculations to get permit at King County, WA

I am a small builder looking to develop a small lot in King County. I looked you up and I think you could help with the civil portion. I had a designer started but now I need PE to complete the work. I am looking for a design price on how much it would cost to update my existing plans and get them through King County DPER's permit. I am working on both the water availability certificate on my end. Here are the details of the project: The project is on a property we own on Vashon Island. We are looking to add a building on a lot with already existing structure. We are looking to build a small 2-floor live-work building addition - Type I, less than 10,000 sf. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Here are the existing owner information: •The lot is 4.89 Acres. (We may look short-plat it later). •The property is dual zoned: Community Business in front / Industrial in the back. [login to view URL] •Existing 1600sf farmhouse on the property (Used as commercial) •5 Commercial water shares •Upgraded commercial sewer holding tank - on city pressurized sewer •1-1/4 water line to house •Gas Line •200 amps Electrical service __________________________________________________________________________________ Design elements of the civil plans to include, not limited to: •Confirmation to what detention, bioretention and permeable surfacing are necessary (if any) to meet drainage requirements •Grading plans: grading, building locations, paving and all structure •Sewer connection Plans (Update the Asbuilts we have ) •Stormwater plans, details and notes per King County Stormwater Manual •Stormwater reports •Stormwater Pollution Prevention Report •TESC Plan and SWPPP •Small-Scale pilot infiltration test (if infiltration feasible) •Technical information report •Confirmation of and deliverable of Geotechnical report (if necessary) •Engineering analysis Qualification Sought: Familiar with King County civil design requirements All necessary review, corrective modifications and response to KC DPER questions, comments and redlines.
