- Select a range of bytes by holding down SHIFT and using cursor navigation
- Select a range of bytes using select range dialog.
- Ability to delete the byte at the cursor (delete bytes one by one)
- Ability to delete selected range of bytes.
- Ability to CUT the selected range of bytes to the clipboard.
- Ability to COPY the selected range of bytes to the clipboard.
- Ability to Paste text or the bytes (from clipboard) as insert at the cursor position.
- Ability to Paste text or the bytes (from clipboard) as overwrite on the selected range.
- Ability to type bytes in hex mode, overwriting the selected range or current byte at cursor position.
- Ability to type chars in ASCII mode, overwriting the selected range or current byte at cursor position.
- Ability to insert the contents of another file at the cursor position, or overwrite the selected range. (import file)
- Ability to Export selected range of bytes to another file (Export Data)
- Ability to Undo the last operation. (n-level or just 1-level or no-undo)
- Ability to save the changes to the file. (Save)
- Ability to save the modified version to another file (Save As)
