In the center of the screen is a circle.
The player can rotate it with the mouse, touchpad, gamepad.
Requirements:
- Controls should be similar in all methods, handy, responsive and "honest". It is also necessary to consider that in one case the player must turn it a little bit, in other case he should be able to quickly turn around 180 degrees.
- Should be comfortable for a beginner player, as well as for a hardcore one.
- Should work on Desktop, Web, iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Make such control is generally not a problem from a technical standpoint, but I need to receive a perfect control. Therefore, to perform the task not only programming skills required, but also some game designer experience.

Different algorithms should be used for mouse input and touch, since mobile interaction is much more different from pc gaming.
