Good morning, I am an embedded engineer, andi have a engineering degree on automation and control, i have worked on a similaire project, i implemented a PID Controller in a PIC microcontroller to control a servo-Valve, the system was used to regulate temperature of classrooms through a water radiator. opposite to what you want to do, you want to control the cooling water, to make the condenser cooler, i was controling the hot water to make the classrooms hotter. i used Pt100 with 4-20mA converter to measure the temperature. i can absolutely help you with your project. Hi there. I know how to do it. By using the micro controllers eeprom you can store the settings for desired temp. Using menu for the buttons to set it up.

Hello there, I have time to work with the algorithm as PID or Fuzzy Logic to control the input of the system from that MCU will propose PWM or something like that to control device.
