Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Property Market Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, reliable and timely property market data and insights to our clients in the Toowoomba Region of Australia. The role requires a deep understanding of the local property market, economic trends, and forecasting models.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze property market data from various sources such as government agencies, real estate agencies, and property databases.
Use data analysis tools and techniques to analyze trends and forecast market conditions in the Toowoomba region.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients, providing insights into market trends, demand and supply, and economic indicators affecting the property market.
Collaborate with other professionals such as real estate agents, property developers, and financial analysts to obtain and validate data.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local property market regulations, property taxation, and government policies affecting the property market.
Keep abreast of economic trends, population growth, and demographic shifts in the Toowoomba region that impact the property market.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
