I need an architectural project for a multi event event and entertainment center. The project area details: It has 200 X 200 Meters. It is parallel to a main road, thus it is not visible from the main road. The front road has 7m. What I need it for: Weddings , birthday parties, conferences , events etc. As well as for entertainment,, lounge bar etc. What should be there: The place does not have a view (river ,lake,sea) I needed a nice artificial features yet low maintenance. a public swimming pool, kids garden, restaurants lounge bar, parking, multi event venue with view that can handle multi events without interfering each other . The parking my be common. The objective to have a place of excellence and of choice with a nice green garden for weddings, conferences as well as a nice spot to be with the family on the Sunday stroll . The venue should be able to be constructed in phases. Phase 1 should be able to finance partially the subsequent phases.

It seems to be a n introverted project, not visible from the road, but also with no features to see from within,.. therefore it has to focus on itself... We imagine a space in which contemplative activities can be mixed and matched with specific large group activities.
