Buildzar ([login to view URL]) was founded with the idea of simplifying lives for consumers, while they build or renovate their dream homes. Buildzar is an online platform for all home building and renovation related needs. The branding for the following has already been done by Buildzar (Annexure A) 1. The Buildzar ‘platform’ itself 2. The ‘materials store’ 3. The ‘Beztimate’ (online cosntruction cost calculator) The ‘Turnkey solutions’ is a new business vertical, which is getting launched in December. Your assignment is to do a branding exercise for this business vertical. A ‘Turnkey solution’ is where we do everything for the consumer, including design, contracting (labor services), and materials. The consumer simply has to choose a design out of the various options that we show to him, and he will get keys to his ready-to-move-in home that he has chosen, in 12 months. The deliverables would include: 1. A name for the ‘Turnkey’ Business . ‘Turnkey’ is a technical terms used in construction industry, which means that the consumer simply has to ‘turn’ the ‘key’ to his new house, and don’t have to worry about anything else. But we are looking for a more consumer frinedly and crisp name for this vertical. It should be consistent with the following: a. That Buildzar is doing everything that a home construction requires (design, labor, materials). b. That the consumer experience thus is hassle –free c. Consumer can rely on us for everything, and relax 2. A logo for the turnkey business – This ideally should be in sync with the platform, the ‘materials store’ and the ‘beztimate’ logo. 3. A tag line for the turnkey business – some examples are – ‘a new way to build homes’, ‘the 21st century way to build homes’. However, don’t let these examples color your though process 4.
