The project consists in the production of the 2D design for the shop fit-out on the basis of CAD files to be provided. The client is planning to carry out a light strip-out of the shop together with some structural alterations while ‘adding their stamp’ to the shop. The feeling is for a luxury cashmere company where the store will have some clean lines and lighting. The value of the project is currently 300k USD. The project construction starting date is to be confirmed. DELIVERABLES 1. GA plans 2. Setting outs 3. Floor finishes selection and plans 4. Lighting layout / RCP (potential lighting modelling by others) 5. MEP intent drawings 6. Elevation drawings of the internal spaces at 1:20 / 1:10 7. Typical details at 1:5 8. Door details at 1:10 9.
