I'm looking to add a standalone garage/workshop to my property. I have a few ideas as to what I want, but need help designing it and keeping it in budget. It needs to be big enough to house two vehicles. The first vehicle would be in just a regular spot, the second would be in a mechanics area/spot for restoration. Then there would be the workshop part, where tooling, etc, would go. I would like it to be wired for EV charging as well as high-voltage tooling. Would like a sink/washbasin in the workshop area, so it would need to be plumbed. A standard cement foundation would be fine. The location is in northern Minnesota, specifically St. Louis county, so any design would have to adhere to those local building codes. If possible, I'd like it to have a northern rustic look.
