We require Architectural Drawings for the Kitchens and Wet Areas of 5 Terrace/Townhouses. Attached are the following
1) the Architectural Floor Plans - 79 to 87 Fowler Street
2) Hand drawn Drawings/Sketches of the Kitchens and Wet Areas of the 5 Terrace/Townhouses - these are to be converted to CAD/PDF drawings for construction purposes
3) Specific Dimensions of the 1st Floor Ensuites and Bathrooms
4) An Example of a similar set of Drawings - this is the standard of what is required
A preliminary set of drawings is to be done from the information provided, this is required by 18 September. We will then require the drawings to be updated, it is anticipated the drawings will need to be updated twice to include information such as dimensions, finishes, appliances etc with final set of drawings to include tiling to bathrooms and kitchen splashbacks.
