Animate CC (Flash) Change text in existing files and add simple voiceover (this will be changed to my voice after project)

I require someone who is very proficient in Adobe Animate CC to change existing text in some e-learning files that is in spanish, to english. I have all the text already translated, it is a simple copy paste job.
I then require you to use a simple script to record your voice and add it to the files with the correct pacing, so that the text on screen follows your voice. Some files are interactive and requires voice to play when activated.
I have attatched a before and after file of what I need done. 90% of this work is in Animate CC, their are 55 files I need done and the play time is roughly 70 seconds to 120 seconds per file. It should take about 30-40 mins per file.
Working 8 hours a day the job should take 5 days. If you can do it quicker there are 2 more of the same projects that need to be completed by the 25th you can be awarded too.
