Flash Animation For Presentations

I require flash developers to make animations that are in the style of a presentation but are unique, well animated and beautiful.

Here are some examples of the type of animations we are looking to create:

Essentially they are presentation-type templates as well with an explainer video type style.

I realize these video examples are made with Adobe AfterEffects, and all effects won't be possible with the use of Flash but many are still possible. Again this project must be done in Adobe Flash. Our primary elements being the text, image and simple graphics in our slides.

We will be using dynamic elements that will load external text, external images, and control certain colors (such as shapes) of certain elements in the presentation, however this has already been coded by my programmer and a template .fla with all this coding will be provided to the animation developer, all I require is creativity to make awesome animations like this.

Each element will need to have an "instance" name in flash so it corresponds correctly with our program and the coding inside the .fla. Full instructions and details will be provided as well as examples. You will need to ensure to name the "instances" correctly.

Everything must also be designed slide by slide, so each slide would have it's own .fla file. So for example a slide may be 5 seconds, so this will require it's own .fla file, the reason it can't be all one presentation is because we want to be able to rearrange the slides (each outputted .fla or .swf) to make different combinations of a presentation, just like in powerpoint how different layouts can be selected and rearranged.

We are looking for a long term partnership to develop these presentation templates but first we would like to test your skills and see what kind of amazing work you can do, so we will try that by paying on an initial project of 10-12 slides of 5-10 seconds each (total 60-120 seconds for project) and then additional work may be available.
