Here are the basic requirements 1. Nice admin dashboard page easy information change for pictures and monthly specials 2. Easy for clients to make reservations (on front end) I will provide the fields they need to fill, if possible, create an account to safe their information so they come back and reorder same service or similar service 3. Send confirmations to clients and collect money 4. Detailed invoicing and receipts 5. Send reservations to IOs (drivers) and farmout reservations via text and email 6. Send nameboard to IOs with every reservation 7. Specifications 8. IOs track via text for every reservation: Trip started, POB, PDO, notes, and I get notified by text 9. Save IOs Info Name, Phone, Email, Vehicles, License plates, so when I choose a driver all the info comes on screen 10. Advertise in google and social media and optimizing 11. I also, would like to keep you as a contact to add more services for the website as the company grow. IO: Independent operator POB: Passenger on board PDO: Passenger dropped off
