Experience needed using Gulp, AngularJS and jQuery - 3/4 issues using Pixie Visual Editor

Hi,
Me and my developer need help on some dashboard software we are building using gulp.
We are incorporating a visual editor tool into our product and have purchased the extended license but we have discovered 3/4 issues which the dev team for the visual editor wont help us with.
*One issue relates to the ssl not working on the visual editor tool page within our dashboard, this is conflicting with loading speed of page, plus we have found on mobile browsers that the page often reloads when screen goes black and the user reactivates the screen. The visual editor on the chosen particular dashboard page refreshes losing any work you may have been working on via the visual editor.
* The other two issues relate to the design of the visual editor (text of sub menu titles need editing). The visual editor has a main menu which we designed ourselves and sub menu that we modified but came with the visual editor tool. Its within the sub menu tabs of the visual editor that we cant edit two sections on the design.
We have been told that in order to edit the menu tabs we need to find unminified source code in assets/editor folder. Which we have but that any changes to any of the files will need to be re-compiled javascript with gulp, otherwise they will not take effect.
My developer does not have experience with gulp and so we are need of someone who has that experience.
*The dev team for the visual editor tool says we need to do the following using gulp.
[login to view URL] fonts link was changed to https in assets\js\editor\text\[login to view URL] file.
2. You just need to install gulp and use command 'gulp scripts' from console in pixie folder.
Regarding renaming, it can be done in assets/js/editor/filters/[login to view URL] file.
*My developer replied to them:
1. Google fonts link was changed to https in assets\js\editor\text\[login to view URL] file.
I changed http to https on this line

But still it doesnt work is it because i didnt re-compile gulp ?
They replied:
Yes, you will need to re-compile javascript files in order for any changes in assets/js/editor folder to be reflected on the site.
So we need someone who has used gulp to help us!
We can only pay a maximum of $30 and need this done within a couple of days.

Ignore the first line we are not building the software using gulp, it just happens that the visual editor tool within the dashboard needs gulp to re-compile any changes made to it.
