1. I will create a form page with Bootstrap design. 2. Will create associate tables to saved the user entered data and retrieve the searching data. 3. will create a pre-populate fields, where it pre-populate results based on user search in amgularjs. 4. validate form if it is necessary 5. will deploy the same in heroku applications.
