Write an Windows Application to operate USB 8 Channel Relay & Nexus 7 NFC Tabet

Need a access and attendance application :- when the user ( employee ) taps his card on the Nexus 7 NFC tablet the back end system should mark its attendance and give access to to user . this will happen when tablet gives information to windows server/pc which will be attached to usb relay to open and close the door . master file of the employees will be in the server , reports of various types ( kindly refer a attenence application ) . Please having prior knowledge on RFID/ NFC should only apply. Need to be completed in 10 days. Employee database will be created , ( if late or early manager will get sms or email ) , access and access deny should be able to control from HR department screen. The Same can also be done by using the nexus 7 ( NFC ) tablets as readers which will be connect to a server ( windows ) where all the access and deny data for the user will be stored , also the server will be connected with usb relay unit which would be activated on the data received by the tablets. Similarly the attendance software will also be on the server only fetching data of every user by there tap made on the tablet. So in this one one 8 channel relay controller will be used , 8 tablets , 1 windows pc as server , 4 door locks , andriod app and windows app Deliverables :- 1) Android App like Time and attendance machine with nfc tap reconization. 2) windows app doing the entire thing of attendance and access , user master file with card unique card numbers. reports.
