L2TP without IPsec To allow Staic IP from aws to be presented on a home internet connection

Good day, It cannot be done with L2TP and that is simply because AWS blocks GRE which is needed for L2TP to connect. The best way to do this is with OpenVPN protocol. I am talking from experience and because i have done multiple implementations like this. I can do it for you immediately. Sincerely
