Video editors for Adobe Premiere (weddings and corporate projects)

We're looking for 2 new editors for an Australian wedding business. We mostly use Premiere Pro, so at least 4 years experience on this system is essential. Being handy with FCPX would be nice, though not essential. This isn't a full time job, but there is a lot of editing work to do. Between our existing internal, and the 2 new freelance editors, we will need to edit 50 to 60 projects each year , so that's going to be about 15 to 20 projects each, ongoing every year . The projects take about 3 days on average (some 2, and others 4), but the work can be seasonal, so we're keen to hear about any other skills that may come in handy during the quieter months (web or graphics design, motion graphics,) Footage is from multiple mixed cameras, with LOG style picture profiles, so excellent grading skills are needed. Add in several audio sources to be synced up, and you will find this overwhelming if you're not experienced and very good at what you do. Most projects generate 50 to 150GB of files, so an excellent broadband connection is a must. Everyone says things like "I have great attention to detail" or "I'm very creative" and "I'm very talented". The truth is, this most often just isn't the case. Please, only apply if you truly do show great attention to detail, not only with the cuts, but audio and grading. There are some things we can easily teach, like our existing editing style that the videos need to match (length, pace, the look of the grade, etc), but some things can't and shouldn't need to be taught, eg - leaving in huge variances in audio volume - letting multiple audio clips drift out of sync until it sounds like a bad echo - Stylish vs Cheesy - common sense Please provide us with some examples of your existing wedding edits, and details about how you meet the requirements above.
