Affiliate Freelance Consultant (Ireland/UK) required. Commision based

I have a standard jewellery website, with in the region of 4,000 products on it. We're based in the UK. The site has been launched for just over 2 months so is fairly new. I need some one to help advise and setup an affiliate program or similar but more importantly to run it and to make it work. I want to work on the basis of commission for every sale made which I will pay to the winning bidder. Maybe suit some one with Affiliate experience. My product costs vary from £20 to £10,000 I'm Not looking for PPC. Please don't waste my or your own time apply for this if that's your skill base and what you wish to recommend. I wish to target the UK market, Ireland as well as the US market as those are my prime markets for my products. I am happy to incorporate any code you would like me to incorporate to help with the tracking of the affiliates. Essentially what I am asking for is to help drive potential customers to my website, and in return for sales, I will pay commission. If you wish to apply, please only apply if you have experience in this field and are able to provide me with at least 3 examples of recent projects you have carried out. Without this I am not willing to consider your application. Furthermore, please only apply if you live in either UK, Ireland/Dublin or US. Any one outside these countries will not be considered due to time factors, language barriers as well as local knowledge.
