As an E-Commerce Sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. You will be required to build relationships with potential customers, ensuring they are aware of our products and services and that they are satisfied with the services they receive. You will also be responsible for providing customer support and conducting market research to stay up to date on the latest trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and reporting on sales data to ensure all goals are met.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, with excellent communication and customer service skills. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, be comfortable working with different departments, and have a strong attention to detail. The ability to think strategically and work with data is essential. Previous experience in e-commerce sales is preferred.
