I want a simple assessment as follows: Total 20 Questions. 6 questions mandatory from Pool A should always appear. 14 Questions from Pool B randomly appear 6 questions. A person must pass all 6 Mandatory questions to Pass. If he fails one mandatory question then he will fail. Mandatory questions will stay the same each time but other 6 Random questions will appear different from pool B. A person can have two tries if he fails. Once fail can see wrong questions. Thats it.

Hi, Just to make things clear, you want someone to create assessments for you, or do you have the assessments already? Assuming the latter, you started by saying total 20 questions, of which 6 are mandatory and 6 are random. This totals to twelve. In the example you stated, You've mentioned 30 questions, containing 6 mandatory and the remaining 24 random questions. I just need a little bit of clarity here.
