Teach me USA Tax Filing (Individual, C Corp, S Corp, Partnership) & USA Payroll Compliances

We are a team of 4 people based in Kolkata.
(1) We need to know how to file US Tax Returns (Individual, C Corp, S Corp, Partnership) and related schedules (Using Turbo Tax or other software). We also need to know how to calculate Depreciation for US based entities
(2) We need to know how to run Payroll for US based entities (using ADP, Quickbooks) and file payroll related returns
(3) People experienced in filing US Taxes, Tax filing, payroll compliance can apply
(4) Teaching can be done online between 9am IST to 9pm IST
(5) Knowledge of Canadian Taxes, Canadian payroll compliances is an added advantage
