I am in need of someone to manage my accounts for a property development company. They would need to be able to keep us tax efficient and know their way around spvs and the benefits and disadvantages of them. Ideally someone with experience with running accounts for construction and estate agents will be a plus. I may also need some bookkeeping I think. I run my main business on Xero but other business on Waveapps. I may look to set up the company offshore due to potential restrictions in the UK, but will be seeking advice on this soon. If you have experience in offshore then please let me know as this is an added bonus.
