Clean up HTML and CSS - 2 static HTML pages, 2 CSS pages

I dabble in HTML/CSS as needed - I've created the following static HTML webpages: > [login to view URL] > [login to view URL] and these pages render exactly as I'd like in the following browsers/OS's: > the latest FireFox, Safari and Chrome browsers for Mac OSX 10.6.5 However - they don't render correctly in Internet Explorer 7 or 8. I'd like you to clean up the HTML and CSS (streamline the code, as I added a lot of style elements in the HTML, and a lot of the style elements can be consolidated in the CSS as well as extra elements can be deleted) I'd also like you to fix the HTML and CSS so Internet Explorer 7 and 8 render the pages as they are currently rendered in the browsers noted above, as well as the attached images.
