Convert statistical mapping data from either MapInfo Interchange or ESRI Shapefile format into KML file format to be used in Google Earth as a mapping overlay. The data is Statistical Local Area digital boundaries and the KML file will need to include the names for each of the local areas. See attached file as an example of what is required.
