A few changes in Website in Wordpress with Woocommerce

We use PAYPAL and Skype. Our budget is low so we WILL NOT CONSIDER BIDS OVER 50 USD- Shop Page • The images that are shown as thumbnails of the products in this page should be in the size like the images shown in this link: [login to view URL]:false,page:0,cat:0,price:0:125,special,size,color • There should be 4 pictures in one row (not 3) • All new products should have a small circle in the right saying “New” • If the product has other color options, they should appear below the thumbnail saying “Color:” and next to that , small squares with the available colors. Product page (details) • There is a plugin in the backoffice that can add only one tab : “custom tab” . I need to have two custom tabs with the following labels “Cuidados” and “Devolución” • Woocommerce can add characteristics to the products, for example color. We can add this characteristic and when you select each color the picture changes to the one which corresponds to that color (predefined by us). Instead of dropdown options of colors, I need the word “Color:” and next to it small squares of each available color. If you click to the square, the picture will change into the one with that corresponding color. • I have this plugin GD Star Rating which is used to add stars as rating. I need these stars to appear in the product details.
