Change headings (h2) for widget-area

Need to change how my widget area (internal links) are using headings. Now I have all titles using <h2> and I whant them to not use <h>. I need some one to explain how I can change it or give me the correct code. In. example I have

h2 class="widget-title">
<cufon class="cufon cufon-canvas" alt="Sobre " style="width: 63px; height: 24px;">
<canvas width="101" height="27" style="width: 101px; height: 27px; top: -2px; left: -7px;"></canvas>
<cufontext> … </cufontext>

<cufon class="cufon cufon-canvas" alt="Mim" style="width: 36px; height: 24px;"> … </cufon>
</h2
----------------------
and want no h2, but another class or change it to h6, and than change the css to have the same style as h2
