Hi, I've cleared Linux exams on Freelancer, this would require runing: sudo chown user:user <filename>
followed by: sudo chmod 644 <filename>
Edit: If this is a big directory which has multiple sub-directories and files then: find <dir> -type f - exec chown user:user {} \;
&
find <dir> -type f -exec chmod 644 user:user {} \;
There could be some other scenarios as well, please ping me so that we can discuss in detail and use the best command for the scenario.
Thanks.
