Build wordpress header and footer and master page templates

Wordpress template Timescale: 1 week. I need the main header and footer built and four page templates built. I can add the content, I just need the shell/structure built. 1) Header and footer a) Needs to be responsive (max width 1140px) b) Seconds nav bar needs to be drop downs on parent hover. c) Two nav bars need to be sticky nav bars d) Two footer bars - need to be widgets e) I’ve setup the menu structure already f) Responsive menu only need to appear on phones. 2) Homepage setup a) Image and text overlay at the top will be a slider b) Use page builder plugin for other content c) In page builder, we need class styles for full width column and 1140px width column 3) Subpage setup using Page Builder/Page Composer Plugins Please setup three sub page templates... Bespoke training - Needs third level sub navigation which appears within page template alongside title and intro text. The third level navigation isn’t a dropdown, its coded in the page template. No need to add content - just build the structure. Self Management - Needs third level navigation with featured image behind navigation.
