Add extra feature to existing wordpress website - open to bidding

Hello Royprosenjit1015, I have a wordpress website that is a venue directory. We upload venues to list on the website ([login to view URL]). When uploading venues to the website, we want to enable the admin to have the option to select a button which adds a ‘star/stamp' on their profile. The stamp will signify which venues are fast at replying to customer enquiries. The 'stamp' will be a piece of artwork that we supply (please see attached) that will need to be appear on venue listings when selected. We do want the venues that have the stamp to appear above the other venues, which currently just list in alphabetical order. I have attached the artwork for what we want to appear on the venues listings, as well as a 'mock-up' of what we are envisaging will be the final product.
