Create a fillable PDF registration form

Hi, I specialize in creating custom-made, interactive PDF forms and I can do this job for you quickly and professionally. I had a look at the Word file and it should not be a problem, although expanding sections are not possible in standard PDF forms. What I can do do for you, though, is create a script that enables/disables certain sections of the file based on the user's input. I'm available to start working on it right away. The "Playful Learners Heathbridge New Enrolment Details" form is nice and compact. Minimising and expanding are not features that can be done with the pdf document format as the form in pdf is essentially a virtual print of the Word form. The improvements I would suggest are more related to the clarity of the form and the image of Playful Learners: Clarity: separate the different categories of information. For example the child and guardians information could be visually separated. Image: although forms are serious matter used for the collection of important information it can truly reflect the image of Playful Learners, whilst remaining sober. I have developed an expertise in designing and automating forms in Word and other design formats for insurance companies and medical professionals. Both types of organisation do like to collect enormous amounts of information. These forms can be filled and the content exported in Excel. The bid is to add editable and exportable form fields in the current pdf form. I shall make as many modifications to the fields as are required until you are fully satisfied. Hello. I can help you convert to a sizable PDF file. I think the file is okay as it is. Removing any aspect may be removing very important detail.
