I have 9 documents, created in MS Word, online that require customers to download and manually complete. I would like to do the following.
1) Create documents that have to ability to be completed online (possibly in Adobe)
2) Upon completion, utilize online signature for the documents that can utilize this signature. We have 1 that requires an original signature.
3) Documents can be saved and emailed.
4) Documents can be printed.
Documents:
1) Application: 3 pages
2) One form that requires original signatures...has 5 enterable fields
3) One form is a checklist
4) Five forms that have have mostly data and signature and date fields only
