datastream to ms access ole object

I have a vb6 program that allows import. The resulting access file can be very large. I need a routine that I pass a vb6 Picture Object to save a picture to the database. It needs to be compacted, with the resulting access file size not much larger than the passed images. I need a second routine to retrieve the picture. Arguments for the save routine will be: 1. database object passed by reference 2. table name 3. field name (OLE Object) 4. vb6 Picture Object The second routine will return the vb6 picture object given arguments 1. database object passed by reference 2. table name 3. field name (OLE Object)
