i need a new server setup and configured to operate as a file server(?) ( I need it to basically operate like a desktop computer, but allow multiple(3-5) remote desktop connections simultaneously and to share certain programs on the server with other users while logged in. (in my 2008 version server, i place my dropbox file in the Users/public file and my Access database file in that folder and then my users are able to access the data) I have installed server 2012 r2 essentials and it is in the initial stages of configuration and I am afraid I will set it up wrong.
