just go to the local resources tab on your remote desktop connection settings and uncheck printers from there. hope you will get my point

Sir, now i support more than 50 remote users (RDP access) for Windows Server 2008 R2 in Active Directory. All of remote users can print on separate printers. You can use group policy or user settings for default printer settings (may use default printer mapping from local computers settings). I vefy clear know which settings will use for this job.
