Hello. I am windows administrator with 10 years experience. 1-4 we can do it. 5 . WSUS server It takes about 60-100gb space on disk. 6. ONLY SCCM can do it. WSUS can't. Software update available only when computer turned on.

I work as a it manager on a call center with 800 pcs in active directory of a local server. we have very tight policies for writing informacion in the pcs or usb because of our client and also have a wsus server for the updating windows services.

My company supports this exact environment server 2008/win 7 at other clients. everything on your list is doable if you have the server resources to support it. wsus takes a ton of disk space and cpu. usually a dedicated server but I have done on a dc in a pinch. call me at three three seven - seven zero seven - six seven seven seven. elapsed time may be a couple of weeks before we complete. you will want to test through a windows patch cycle before signoff.
