Check to see if either a phone number or email was entered. Make sure the zipcode entered agrees with the state and city entered (we can give you a table that provides that info - if you have your own table for this cross check that is fine also) We need both first and lastname entered before they can press submit. Make sure the phone number has the right number of digits Along with this entry form we also need a utility that allows the operator to have the ability to check for duplicates and delete the duplicate entries of those that are entered multiple times. We also need the program to be able to pick the winner of the drawing each day by using a random number generator to select from the people who were entered into the system on a specific day. That means the user must be able to indicate the date he is running the contest for and the program should only select from the entries made on that date period. Sometime it might be one date or a period of time. The contest selection process should also check the table and see if the person has won before and if they have pick a different person.
