Convert Co-ordinates to location using Google Map

Hi Professionals,

We are looking at creating a simple website with only one feature which can convert co-ordinates latitude & longitude sent from a mobile phone to address from Google maps and sent back to the same mobile by SMS. The site should be able to create accounts with registered mobilephone numbers and able to provide purchasing credits to send the return SMS.

Website to be delivered with documentation and necessary details to be hosted on standard servers.
