Good day, I can guarantee taking a hard close look at the infected domains and cleaning the adware/viruses involved. I think by "domains and servers are not going to be infected again" you mean that the freelancer should fix the reported infection attack vector (which might be a simple thing or a hard thing to do, depending on the data involved and technologies used). There is no "easy fix for everything", as anyone in the security industry knows, and there is no "I can fix your server so that nobody can infect it in the future again" - beware of freelancers that claim to hold the "holy Graal"! My bid is for the thorough clean-up of the website/websites on your server. It includes a light 'most-probable-attack-vectors' analysis - it doesn't include a thorough security audit of the whole infrastructure. That can be discussed as a different project.
