Online version of xls
Create an online calculator - where user can input in respective cells (cells highlighted in YELLOW)
It will need to be online. html + javascript
More specifically - "Angular JS” application(Angular JS - is javascript framework, that is very good for this kind of tasks) Basic idea is to replicate supplied XLS file with all formulas. Fields (cells), that are marked in XLS in YELLOW should become input fields in web app. All other cells should be calculated exactly like in XLS.
Basically, how xls is setup now should look same on-line - except to the right of the 'Monthly expenses' section - I have bunch of one-line notes in RED - Those should be included in some type of 'mouse over' question mark popup for each respective cell.
For 'Hold Period' which is set to "9" at the moment - needs to be variable
So user should be able to run the projections on Any holding period - from 3 years to 30 years.
So probably need to do a drop down for this purpose so that user can select the holding period.
