I want to convert this image to valid CSS/HTML using Bootstrap CSS: [login to view URL] The two columns (left and right) should each be scroll-able. On the right column, there should be a fixed section on the bottom (with the two buttons) as shown in the image (which should not be scroll-able); the top portion of that second column is the portion that should be scroll-able (again, see the image above). BUDGET: I have only a $10 budget for this. I don't have a large budget but will give you a great review on completion. IMPORTANT: Please use Bootstrap CSS. Please use standard Bootstrap buttons, icons, and media objects. NOTE: I only have the image so no PSD will be provided. You should be able to use the image above only to complete the work. The layout should be 100% width and 100% height to the browser window. It should scale on different browser widths (e.g. be mobile-friendly). To generate the hexagon, you can use this: [login to view URL] The code should pass all validation tests and should work on different screen sizes. Thank you!
