Build a website

Here\'s a brief overview:\r\n\r\nSite built on squarespace platform.\r\n\r\nDevelop an oil and gas news aggregation site/blog. The \'news\' will be manually aggregated daily. \r\n\r\n-Design aesthetics will be \'minimalist style\'. Similar to Neuarmy\'s site ([login to view URL]) and in place of pictures will be blog posts.\r\n\r\n-Need to have a list builder\r\n - eventually will have the email be a paid-for-subscription, so i\'ll need a commerce aspect\r\n - need an email pop up screen \r\n\r\n-need to have a user login to view full content, similar to this site: [login to view URL]\r\n\r\n-Need to have a plugin for commodity pricing : [login to view URL]\r\n\r\n-Need to have the blogs archived on the right hand side by category\r\n\r\n-lastly, a logo. I like neuarmy\'s logo but replace the lightning bolt with a droplet of oil (in white) and back dropped onto the flag in dark gray instead of black\r\n\r\n\r\nIf any of the needed functionalities of the site drive the cost up considerably, let me know and I\'ll evaluate.\r\n
