I need to recreate a Wordpress site ([login to view URL]) into a responsive wordpress template that uses some kind of IDX plugin that can pull in MLS real estate listings. The overall design needs to stay the same for the desktop version and all content from site will be migrated into the new template. The current site uses a ClickSold template ([login to view URL]) which we are moving away from because of its limitations. The listings need to always remain visible but be able to change their status (active, sold, open house, etc) and overlay a visual to show it in the thumbnail.
