Early-stage startup in USA in PR industry seeks Ruby on Rails developer to help us finish our website, and to provide ongoing tech support. Probably 25-50 hours of work for first part (finishing the site), plus ongoing work for 10-20 hours/week as needed (second project - if you are good, ongoing work would be available, too). Will explain if and when we chat. We need a developer with the following skills: - Ruby on Rails - version 4 - AlgoliaSearch (search engine) - jQuery / Knockout.js - Using Rails Engines to separate logic and application features - RSpec for Unit Testing Some HTML design skils Immediate need - we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. U.S. candidates and global candidates welcome -- we do need English-speakers, however, please. Thanks!
