my website is using prestashop 1,6 normally once we place an order, our system will send email with details of order in html. but suddenly i get my website error and after they place an order, we send email to customer with code script i think. so they confuse with the code. everytime i update the status order such as : preparation in progress or shipped, the email they get in code such as like this not with our logo and html email with pictures
